Everything has been super hectic lately. Here are some of the highlights from the past week and a half:
-I wrote two papers
-I went home to visit
-Met my new baby nephew Nico
-Waited at the hospital while my sister had a baby
-Met my NEW new nephew Daniel
-Took a couple hundred pictures
-Went to a Fall Festival
-Saw "Saw 5" with Robert
-Ate delicious home cooked food and delicious restaurant food
-Completed 16 squares for Daniel's blanket
-Started a new class, Spanish I
-Completed the first Dino in a four part custom order I received on Etsy
-Received a package from my Fall Secret Sister on Two Peas
Today I hope to:
-Crochet a cute little bat (another custom order)
-Clean up and organize my room. After the packages and two trips right in a row...it needs it.
-Maybe scrapbook a little? I haven't done it in awhile and I'd really love to.
I also have a dinner tonight for CC Scholars. It's luckily just downstairs in the Great Hall. I hope the food is good. In any case, it's FREE!
Here are some pics of the cute little dino. I'd never done freeform crochet before (where you don't have a pattern but just make it up as you go along) but I think it turned out great!
Here are some pictures of the fabulous gifts I received from my Secret Sister...there's so much! All kinds of patterned paper, cardstock, an entire pack of Bazzill, tons of stickers, Thickers, stamps, adhesive, ribbon, an album, chipboard and so much more! Really, it is a TON of stuff. Plus, not pictured is the October Glamour Magazine and an adorable little box filled with candy! (They're both on my bedside table and I forgot to stick them in the picture.)
I'm working on going through all the pictures I took while I was home and editing them...so far I've got Thursday done! That means only Friday and Saturday left, and I've done some of those, too. Here are a few cute ones...

So Ella scrolled through your pics and now she wants a "so cute dinosaur." (Really good job on that, btw.) She also said that she likes the picture of Daniel where he's "looking at us with one eye." :o) My fave is Egan and Nico. Can't wait to see the rest of the pics.
